Guest
Hi As part of my shipping page I have reiterated the cost of shipping. However, £2.50 for example, appears as £2.50. This is the only place on my site that I have encountered this problem. All prices linked with my products appear as normal. This isn't a major issue but it is starting to bug me now and is taking up a lot of time for a small issue. Many thanks to anyone who can help. Looks like a cut/paste error but without seeing the code, it's impossible to say/offer a fix. As the £ sign is mapped to the same key as lots of other language's currencies (which is displayed, depends on the client encoding) it's generally better to use the HTML > £ < instead of the £ sign from the keyboard as it's language independant. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Porpoises are most happy when wet! \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _

Hi, replaced the £ with < £ > and it has worked. Very simple solution. Many thanks.
porpoise1954
Hi, replaced the £ with < £ > and it has worked. Very simple solution. Many thanks. I guess not many people would think about it in the UK. It's only that I run Thai language systems and the > £ < keyboard character displays as a Thai character. * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Porpoises are most happy when wet! \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _ \ _
