Major editing problem

Whenever I try to edit the index.php file that controls the main page of the store I continuusly get this error

 

 

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected T_STRING in /home/prisonpa/public_html/packstore/includes/languages/english/index.php on line 75

 

Even if I change a coma this happens. Any help at all would be appreciated
