cate Posted October 5, 2007 Share Posted October 5, 2007 Hi - wondering if anyone can provide a little guidance. I am not web savvy! My website was created by a guy who also hosted our site. His company has now gone out of business. I would like to change my user name and password for when I log into e-commerce - ie when I go www.[company name].com/shop/admin I get a pop up box that asks for the username and password.
