djo Posted October 5, 2007 Share Posted October 5, 2007 I have been able alter the "order confirmation" email with added info. I am also trying to edit the "contact us" email that is sent to me. Thanks \includes\languages\english\contact_us.php is the only place that I know. Since they are sending you an email, there is not much you can put in. One post suggested that you could just copy the contact us page and add fields. So I tried it. Everywhere I saw 'name', I added 'company' below it. I added this to both the catalog/contact_us and the english/contact_us. and renemed the files. The form page looks fine, and you can add you company name in the input box. But when I receive he email, the company field doesn't show up. I'm trying to figure out which file generates the layout of the email. I plan on adding other fields if I can get this to work.
