whoops.. sorry folks forget to add my notes:

 

from the admin panel click Customer Link at which point a sub-item of Customer is Orders... clicking that gets you the error i posted above.

You might want to search a bit before asking for help here. This has come up so often it is has even gotten it's own thread in Tips & Tricks but it keeps getting asked again and again and again and again. It is so tiring that these posts often not get answered anymore...
