My question is what scipting, coding languages does oscommerce use - php I know but are there any others. How did you learn php - any tutorial sites, course sites, books, and information would be helpful. I am trying to teach myself some stuff along the way to fast track myself and become a betetr web developer. I have taught myself how to install scripts and the basics of scripting and have been playing around wih oscommerce for some time. Now i would like to learn php and learn how to develope contributions but I have no clue on where to start. Any advice is helpful. Thanks! Thanks! try a php for dummies type book or search around on the web - there is heaps of free resources which will teach you - then trial and error by coding the examples - then learn how to use it with mysql is the way to go Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
