You can edit them in the language files...download them through ftp and edit them in a text editor... or use your hosting controlpanels filemanager... (ATT: Do not us ethe filemanager in the osc admin) example.. shipping text in english can be edited in this file includes/languages/english/shipping.php For other languages just edit the one in the language folder you use...
