It accepted my credit card info and I completed the payment, however I was later taken back to my shopping cart and no transaction was submitted against the merchant account. Beanstream reviewed their server logs and saw nothing coming to them referencing my merchant ID. It would appear that this is a configuration error with my cart. I am at a loss as to how to proceed.
