I need to display categories,sub-categories and sub-subcategories in sitemap(categories_tree.php)

Hi all,

 

 

I need to show the categoires,sub-categoires annd sub-subcategories in my sitemap.

 

 

Presently category_tree.php onlyshowing me categories and sub-categories only

 

 

Please help
