Still not sending purchases or emails

Alrighty then,

Now that I have permissions and globals fixed, I'm still not getting orders or contacts. When I check the file manager, the path is some hermaphridite ... c://www.littlebizwebs.com// etc I can find nowhere to reset this. It is obviously interfering with the installation of the payment, shipping and order modules, cuz I can't get them to install either; same path. I'm sure this isn't supposed to be so hard. Any suggestions on how to get it working?
