How to Multiple Admin e-mail addresses?

In Admin-Config-MyStore, how do we send e-mail to multiple recipients?

 

I tried variations but it only send to a single e-mail address, never any when you enter more than one. The store owner has asked me (the programmer) to also receive e-mails for the first few weeks.

 

I'll explain:

In MyStore-Configuration-Field called "E-Mail Address" I've placed the store owners e-mail address like this [[email protected]] without the square braces. He gets the e-mail. If I modify it NO e-mail gets sent. I've triend these variations:

 

1) [[email protected], [email protected]]

2) [His Name <[email protected]>, My Name <[email protected]>]

 

The key, here is that this need is NOT just for when an order is placed, but also for when the Contact Us form is filled out.

 

Any help?
