It's in the products_info.php. Check where the item# (most likely by a constant) is displayed and comment it out.

In "product_info.php" find the following lines (around line 100):

	if (tep_not_null($product_info['products_model'])) {

}

and change it to this: (i.e. remove all reference to [' . $product_info['products_model'] . '] - I can't remember if the smallText is in the standard osC or if I added it)

	  $products_name = $product_info['products_name'];

This looks like the relevant bit of code (your file is different to mine)

I don't know where that code came from - it's not in the original osC file. It's a good idea to get into the habit of using full PHP tags; some systems can get confused if they have several interpreters installed.

Remove the

<tr><td class=ml1><b>Item # :</b> <?= $products_id; ?></td></tr>

line, so that the section becomes:

								 <td width=1></td>
							 <td width=235 valign=top>
							  <table cellspacing=0 cellpadding=0 width=207 align=center>

No. You just replaced it with itself.

You have to remove:

	if (tep_not_null($product_info['products_name'])) {
  $products_name = $product_info['products_name'] . '<br><span class="smallText">[' . $product_info['products_name'] . ']</span>';
} else {
  $products_name = $product_info['products_name'];
}

and replace it with just one line:

	$products_name = $product_info['products_name'];

But it looks from the code above that if you change the other bit it should do the job as well.

Is it really so hard to find the corresponding code? I don't mean you, Elvis, but the other people who tried to help. You wanted to get rid of the item #? Here you go:

<tr><td class=ml1><b>Item # :</b> <?= $products_id; ?></td></tr>

Comment this line out or delete it and you're good to go. Hopeyou're not too confused by now. Never forget to make a backup before making any changes!
