emailing the order instead of paying

is it possible to place items into the 'cart' and, submitting the 'checkput' button, simply sending an email to me (administrator) with products, quantity, price shown, ecc. instead of paying it?

 

all my products will be sold by other producers, I only accept orders.

so I would like to simply receive the orders to retransmitt them...

 

is it possible?
