UPS Shipping

hi everybody,

 

i have a problem, i have 3 particular products that i dont UPS shipping figuring rates for, they have a set rate in the price. but when i try to checkout, i get a error. this error appears in the shipping method box, and states

This is currently the only shipping method available to use on this order.

United Parcel Service

An error occured with the UPS shipping calculations.

If you prefer to use UPS as your shipping method, please contact the store owner.

 

i am using snapshot 11-14-02. how can i fix this problem, and yes its a problem, also all of the other inventory, i want to aquire shipping rates from UPS.
