How to manage inventory when at product size attribute level

I have a new store and all of my products have 8 different sizes. How do I enter the inventory to manage the stock at the size attribute level. For example, the product page says I have 80 total items (which is really 10 of each size.) I want the stock to reflect the quantity of sizes as well. If someone buys 10 extra smalls, I want them to be unavaiable to purchase. Please help! :'(
