Big problem with Header Tag Controller

I've got this big problem with my Header Tag Controler. Everything was working perfecly when by accident i modified the Tags from Custom (for each individual product) to Default ones. When I use now the Default ones everything's ok but when i try to switch it off (by deleting the lines from TITLE, DESCRIPTION and KEYWORDS) the values of the Custom pages don't get any values. So i'm stuck with pure pages with no title,description or keywords. What should i do? Where's the problem? In the SQL, in the Code, where? My site is http://www.BuyIQ.Com .
