Setting up Discount for all products at once

The OS cart is up and running and working fine however I'm wondering if it is possible to set up a percent discount for all products at once?

Not "out of the box" it isn't. There are a few options, for contributions, that will give you the ability to do this. My preference is using SPPC (Separate Pricing Per Customer)

or chek some order total contrib that will provide a flat discount on total amount.

But is there a way to make the prices after adding i.e. 10% discount round up or down ?

If I add 10% discount the prices in basically all the products will be like this : 178.33

The price should be 178.00 But I have to manually adjust all the prices..

there must be a smarter way ?? (I hope!)
