Price not displaying

Why isn't the price of the product - $19.99 being displayed under the catalog / shopping cart view?

 

I have it enabled and under Product Listing in Admin Panel - I have it set to value 3....

(as product title is value 1 and product name is value 2)....

 

But price is NOT displayed. All I get is 0.

 

So how do I change 0 to $19.99 + PST tax?

 

Any help greatly appreciated.
