Help, I cannot modify/insert category/product name...

My osCommerce installation on APACHE in Win XP (local server) went with no problem, but when I try to create new category/product, it only create new category folder with blank name, no category name at all. Also when I try to change the sample category name, it also didn't change. Does any one know what is the problem.

The installation (same snapshot) goes with no problem when I install it on IIS.
