downloadable products directory does not exist:

Warning: The downloadable products directory does not exist: /home/www........net/store1/download/. Downloadable products will not work until this directory is valid.

 

but the Downloaddir is there.

 

please could somebody help me

Be sure the permissions are set the same as the images directory. Also be sure the error message it gives is not missing a slash (/).

the permission is on both folders 777

 

and the Warning looks like that

there are all slashs?

Take a look in admin->Tools->Database Backup. The path will be shown on the screen. Does it match the path to your backups directory?
