Artress Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 I don't want to rain on anyone's parade here but these templates are available elsewhere online. Pet store, for example: http://www.almat-computers.co.uk/oscommerc...plate-p-40.html Beauty shop: http://www.almat-computers.co.uk/oscommerc...plate-p-22.html Sports gear shop: http://www.webgraphiq.com/sh/osc-sportszer...azak-pr-52.html etc. Either they are danger studios, and others are selling them or ... You know I was just thinking the same thing! I just downloaded a few from i trader forums and they have some of the exact same ones. You have to do a littler survey thing to get a link and password to where the templates are stored. Dunno which is which now. But I am happy either way. So yeah I guess there could be some exact ones out there. Quote
♥toyicebear Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 (edited) Have seem most of them before at other places too... tskinner Posted December 8, 2007 Posted December 8, 2007 Either way...the license included with these templates gives permission for other people to sell and redistribute. No harm in giving easier access through these forums. However, I would be interested in finding the author. I have the flower shop template up and working just fine, however, in trying to implement some add-ons, I discovered some of the files (eg: catalog/includes/classes/shopping_cart.php) are EXTREMELY different from default OSC. Since there are no notes included with the templates, I'm not sure if this is just an older version of the file or what. Anyway, if anyone can shed some light I'd appreciate it. :) Quote
khrysller Posted December 13, 2007 Posted December 13, 2007 Hi ^^ I got this template pack from another source.. but I am getting nuts to install it... as I can see the newer OSCommerce is not compatible with these templates... can someone confirm this? There is a document.pdf inside the template showing this version: osCommerce 2.2 Milestone 2 - Update 051112... have someone tried with the last version? Quote

You would be much better off downloading and installing RC1 from this site. See the solutions tab at the top of the page. Quote

Actually I prefer using a newer version... but my main 'trouble' is the skin. Do you know a place so I can get some 'good' packs, after I will adapt to my needs, but working with the default template, for me, is a mess >< anyway... again.. thanks ^^ Quote
