Error message on the usps shipping module

I'm having a problem with my shipping module. I've already got the id number form usps and it worked perfectly fine until one day I decided to re install my os commerce because I was having a problem which I couldn't figure out. The shipping isn't working at all from then. When I want to check out, there's an error message saying you have to contact the owner because there's a problem with the shipping.

 

Can someone help me out to figure out what the problem is?

Write down your user id then uninstall your USPS module and the install it again. That should take care of your errors.
