Header Tag Controller and If price=0 troubles

I've got a formating error in when the individual products page is displayed. The product information is way at the bottom of the page and the right column is at the bottom too.

There is a table tag that is misplaced and I'm sure where it is.

 

I'm thinking I've made a mistake on the product_info.php page.

 

I also have another contribution on the page...if price=0.

 

I think the error is in this part:
