HELP! Categories loaded from different shop, hosted on the same server - Mediatemple

It's weird, I've installed OsCommerce on Mediatemple and found out, that it randomly loads different categories from other shop.

 

Mine server is www.t3hairproducts.com.au and the other is http://www.babybritainboutique.com/

 

Source has no link to babybritainboutique... i mean direct link. Does anyone has similar problem? I don't really know what to do. IP's of both servers are different /the last 3 digits, MYSQL servers are different... but still it's linked somehow. Weird is, that it's random. I've just received nasty email from the other server... and I understand that they are ... not happy...

 

Please help!

Most likely you are on the same physical server but different virtual hosts. So the databases are running on the same SQL server and are accessed via localhost. If now the username/pw are identical (provided by your hoster I assume) it doesn't make me wonder that it comes to some confusion. I'd talk to your provider at first.

I'm using different SQL server address /internal-db.s17640.gridserver.com

/, username and password, even database name is different.

 

I've sent request for help to the hosting provider, but I'm not sure if they'll help. If there is some way around it... I'll appreciate any help from somebody who had the same problem.
