EMAIL ORDERS NOT SENDING

Hey guys,

 

I've done many searches but I could not find the answer to my problem and was wondering if anyone can help. On my site, we are not getting any orders coming through on the email. i have tried all the different settings and currently under email options it is set to smtp, CRLF, false, false and true

 

the only way it sends through is when I add a personal email address (ie. yahoo or hotmail) to the list of email addresses i have under 'send extra orders to'. what's going on there? if anyone can shed some light on this issue or has had a similar problem please let me know! i'm going insane here for such a simple thing!!

I'm having the same problem. I've hunted, I've set and reset the preferences and I still am not getting my email notifying me of orders. The strange thing is I used to get them- and I hadn't changed anything that I knew of, until I went in to try and figure it out anyhow. :'( I'll post code if someone will let me know what to post. Thanks a bunch!
