how do I set up available region for each products

I saw this website http://www.mysavings.com/

 

I have a store where some product is only available for certain region,

is there any existing contributions that would do the following:

 

Let's say this store selling products to both USA and Canada

 

1) Front End: two flags, Canadian Flag & USA Flag.

When clicking on Canadian Flag, the store would only display products avaiable in Canada.

When clicking on USA Flag, the store would only show products avaiable in USA.

 

2) At checkout the system would check the customer's shipping address.

Products only avaiable in USA can't be shiped to Canada.

 

3) Backend: allow you to set product avaiable region: a) Canada only cool.gif USA only or c) Both Canada and USA

 

 

Is there any existing contributions that fit to my needs?

If not I am willing to pay someone to write this modules for me.
