Products features - just like attributes but different

Hello,

 

I wonder if exists a method to put some description information about features that are in many of my products. I'll try to explain myself :-)

 

I have organic produce, and this cain of food is certified by diferent control authorities in Europe. I like it if I can choose (like with attributes) one of them in a menu when I'm adding a new product.

 

Now attributes are thought for choose between them and for this reason they appears in "life" menus (I don't remember a best English word, I want to say that you press and several options appear and you must choose one). I would only want a new information line, not a menu for choosing an option...

 

Have anybody understood me? I need additional English lessons ;-)

I think I do - Your english isn't all that bad.

 

It would take some changes, but can be done.

 

First: Add a field to table products_description that contains the information, that you want to give to the customers.

 

Second: Retrieve this information in products_info.php along with the other data for your products (alter the queries)

 

Third: If (your_field) { // your_field contains information

echo your_field;

}

placed at the right place, gives the information.
