Changing webpage title

Hi,

 

When I go to save my website in my favorite file using internet explorer 6. It comes up as osCommerce. I looked at a few of the osCommerces files but I can not find where to change it. I noticed I found a lot of the name osCommerce in files but I am not sure if it is the copyright or not. Could someone please help me and tell me exactly where to change it?
