HELP mine mails arent arrive, it bounces back somehow

I have this problem a while now. Som customers claim they didnt get any Order Confirmation, or a Order Update. After i installed Microsoft Office XP 2007 - Outlook, i get the mails returned. In my Osc admin i placed mine mail as a bug email adress. The mails i get back looks like this:
