DavidR Posted November 20, 2002 Posted November 20, 2002 I've barely started getting comfortable with running OSC as a test project but I want to write a current contribution for PlugNPay using CVV. I'm relatively new to the whole opensource idea so excuse me if I am asking the obvious :? . Do I just dig in and look at some other post 11/2002 payment contributions for pointers or is there a spec for the new checkout format or what? If I get in too deep I might pay or barter for the mod but either way I would like to contribute. Thanks for any pointers. David Quote
wasson65 Posted November 20, 2002 Posted November 20, 2002 Yeah, here in the Free Software world, you don't need permission, just start hacking! You don't need cvs access to make new modules. Just get all your finished files together, add a license.txt file, zip it up, and contribute it! So scratch an itch. Get stuck? Search the forums. Nothing there? Ask questions. If you're doing payment modules, look at a few that have similar processing steps to the one you want to do. It might be easiest to take an existing one and modify it, then you know from the start you have all the files you need. It gives you a working base to start from. So c'mon in, the water's GREAT! DavidR Posted March 27, 2003 Author Posted March 27, 2003 Sure didn't. Shortly thereafter I changed merchant accounts and use Authorize.net now :). David Quote
WebMistress Posted May 9, 2003 Posted May 9, 2003 hi we are also using plug-n-pay, has anyone found a fix for this? I have been told by Plug-n-Pay that they are aware of the problem and that OSC 2.1 works fine, but the milestone 2.2 is not they suggested that we reinstall 2.1 - but I find that to be an acceptable solution. Any ideas.????? Quote
