linkpoint yourpay missing variables - questions

This is a test situation using fake card# 4111.. The card is declined of course as it is not real account. The transaction is visible in the yourpay report. But none of the oscommerce subtotal, shipping, tax or total are filled in.

Is this normal?

Is this because the transaction is declined? <--- makes sense as the orders are not completed. At any rate I just want to verify that I can expect linkpoint / yourpay to receive and record all the order variables


Also if a customers puts in the wrong cc#, expiration date or security code do they get an error stating what may be wrong and to try again or is it simply reported as declined? And the customer is left hanging.
