Authorize.net ADC checkout strange happenings

This is wierd

 

On checkout the authorize.net module is working and processes the order but instead of saying "Credit Card Owner:" it says

MODULE_PAYMENT_AUTHORIZENET_TEXT_CREDIT_CARD_OWNER

 

Maybe a fix is something simple??
