Guest Posted November 20, 2002 Posted November 20, 2002 I'm kinda new at working with php and MySQL, however, I've completed the installation of oscommerce and everything works fine except when attempting to create an account, login, checkout or anything pertaining to SSL. I receive these messages: Warning: Access denied for user: 'mysql@localhost' (Using password: NO) Warning: MySQL Connection Failed: Access denied for user: 'mysql@localhost' (Using password: NO) Does anyone have any ideas or solutions? Your assistance in this matter would be greatly appreciated. Tim :shock:
hobbzilla Posted November 20, 2002 Posted November 20, 2002 Do you have shared hosting with a shared SSL cert? Does the SSL have a separate directory than the regular http directory? It appears that you might have 2 installations of oscommerce (if the non-SSL is working) with the SSL install not configured correctly for the MySQL DB.. This is just a hunch.. you need to provide more information.
