How to display ANY category on a newly created page

Please look at this page and you will see what I have done in a matter of seconds:

http://www.wonderfulgiftshop.com/gifts-for-her.php

I have taken the main index page and created a static page. I want to be able to make a landing page for each category so that I can put the category name in the url. However I do not know what variable to use in order to pull the product category dynamically.

The upcoming products variable is correct and the new products variable is correct but the gifts for her variable is incorrect. I was just trying to take a stab at it since I could not find any instructions describing how to find the correct variable. I took the category name: gifts for her and tried that but as you can see it did not work.

  <td><?php include(DIR_WS_MODULES . FILENAME_NEW_PRODUCTS); ?></td>
	  </tr>
<tr>
		<td><?php include(DIR_WS_MODULES . FILENAME_GIFTS_FOR_HER); ?></td>
	  </tr>
<?php
include(DIR_WS_MODULES . FILENAME_UPCOMING_PRODUCTS);
?>

The gifts for her is a vaild category: http://www.wonderfulgiftshop.com/index.php?cPath=37

The name of the category inside the catelog is Gifts For Her.

What am I missing?

We did do some research and found these but I do not want to add extensions or do a lot of editing. I would like to be to link them from the homepage but at this point I would be happy with just getting the page created.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
