Credit Card/Expiry on invoice?

Hi,

I was wondering if anyone could help me with a code/mod that would place the customers credit card information directly on the invoice OR packing slip.

the purpose of this is simple, I have an online store that currently only accepts check/money oders, and paypal but i would also like to offer manul credit card processing for a few of my "regular" customers. I REALLY REALLY do not want to get into setting up all the required steps for automatic processing, so i thought that if my customers CC info was printed on the invoice then i could simply manully enter and process it at my actual store.

If anyone could help me out with this or offer any alternative suggestions it would be much appreciated.

Thank you in advance.

Please don't bump posts.

I don't think you'll find anyone jumping to help you do that. Whilst it is technically possible that doens't mean it should be done.

To do what you are asking the full credit card details including CVV would have to be stored in your database and would then be printed out. The security implications are huge. You would have to modify your site code and servers to meet the PCI DSS and undergo security audits to confirm that you meet this standard. This is before you consider the security risk of having full card details printed on paper that could potentially end up in the wrong hands.

You would be leaving yourself wide open to huge fines from your merchant bank/visa/mastercard.

If you want to manually process cards then the only way to do it would be to perhaps take the details over the phone from the customer and enter directly into your terminal.
