Need clickable link received via email

I have come across this thread in the tips/tricks section and thought I would try it.

http://www.oscommerce.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=37291

It works great with one small flaw. The product link that is emailed is not click able. This is the orignal code that produces the link.

$report .= "nn" . 'Product link: '  . HTTP_SERVER . DIR_WS_CATALOG . FILENAME_PRODUCT_INFO . '?products_id=' . $HTTP_GET_VARS['products_id'];

I have tried this but it doesn't work.

$report .= "\n\n" . 'Product link: ' . "<a HREF='" . HTTP_SERVER . DIR_WS_CATALOG . FILENAME_PRODUCT_INFO . '?products_id=' . $HTTP_GET_VARS['products_id']. "'>" . "</a>\n";

So does anyone know how to make this link click able once emailed?

-Thanks

You don't appear to have any actual text to click... try this:

$report .= "\n\n" . 'Product link: ' . "<a HREF='" . HTTP_SERVER . DIR_WS_CATALOG . FILENAME_PRODUCT_INFO . '?products_id=' . $HTTP_GET_VARS['products_id']. "'>"  . HTTP_SERVER . DIR_WS_CATALOG . FILENAME_PRODUCT_INFO . '?products_id=' . $HTTP_GET_VARS['products_id'] . "</a>\n";

No guarantees, but that should work.
