Confirmation Email not working?

Well, it doesn't appear to be working!

 

I have changed email addresses, just in case I made a mistake. Doesn't send the extra email either.

 

Tried to search the problem but I think the search option is not working properly, as it returned NO RESULTS on the word email.

 

Does anyone have a clue as to where I could start so as to rectify the problem
