Account Help

I just edited the form so that there is no longer a newsletter option, telephone # or fax. My problem is that the accounts do not actually get created:

create_account.php - works good, checks errors fine =>

account_process.php - displays all information correctly but when i press continue it does not redirect me to account_success.php or add the user into the database. Ive checked over account_success a bunch of times but I must be blind or something. Any ideas whats going on?

Nevermind all i fixed it.. had an if($telephone) blah blah in there which was screwin it all up. Is there a way I can just delete the thread?
