Created a Duplicate File Of My OS Store

Hello:

I created a copy of my store. The first is www.ginelectronics.com/catalog/index.php. I made a copy of my catalog file and named it store; hence, www.ginelectronics.com/store/index.php. I pulled up the URL, and the new version store came up just fine, however, when I click any link, from the new store it brings me to the initial catalog site. Hence, from www.ginelectronics.com/store/index.php. to , lets say, www.ginelectronics.com/catalog/speakerwire.php. And not just products either, whatever link I hit in the store site it leads me back to the catlog site. How in Zeus' name can I fix this. Any help would be appreciated. . .

change permissions to 777 on those 2 files for editing them, then back to 444 for read only

Thanks. . . Finally got that fixed, but when I change one site the product changed in both. Moreover, if something is ordered off one it shows up & both admins. Is this because they share the same database? And, is there anyway to get around this?

Thx

did you set up a DB for both sites? And change both configure files in shop and admin side??
