Multistores Installation "Can NOT Install"

I am having troubles installing multistores contribution.

This is how I installed it:

1) I installed a brand new fresh version of 2.2 OSC on my server

2) I downloaded multistore (newest ver.) and used an ftp clent to take all the files and then upload them on top of the fresh OSC files.

3) I get this error: ""Server Requirement Error: register_globals is disabled in your PHP configuration. This can be enabled in your php.ini configuration file or in the .htaccess file in your catalog directory""

4) What am I doing wrong, and How do you install multistores?

5) someone from the forum told me to install OSC RC1, I installed it and over wrote all files with multistores files, same problem ""Server Requirement Error: register_globals is disabled in your PHP configuration. This can be enabled in your php.ini configuration file or in the .htaccess file in your catalog directory""

How can I install this easily? any experts out here that can help?

Apply register global patch. As this is not the issue of Multi store but eve a simple osc site will not run.

Once You fixed that hen proceed further.
