greree Posted November 17, 2002 Posted November 17, 2002 I've successfully installed osCommerce on a Mandrake 9.0 machine, but when I tried to do an install on a Redhat 8.0 machine it freezes when I get to the Database Import part. There aren't any error messages, it just says "Step 1: Datatabase Upgrade", and then it stops. As far as I can tell I did both installs the same. I also checked to see if mysqld and httpd were running. Any ideas?
