Outlook disabled

Hi,

After installing Apache, MySQL and PhP and getting oscommerce to work from my remote serve and locally, now Outlook won't send or receive e-mail.

 

The client runs fine but when I click on send/receive I get a 'mail delivery completed' message but nothing has been 'delivered'.

I know that the mail servers are ok, I can go to my web based e-mail and new mail is there.

I tried disabling Apache and Mysql services wih the same results.

Any suggestions ...??
