Button Template admin.psd - for what program?

Hi,

 

there is a file called "button_template_admin.psd" in the OSC directory

 

adminincludeslanguagesenglishimagesbuttons

 

 

Could anybody tell me vor which graphics program this template

can be used?

 

It looked like a PaintShopPro file - but it opens their just as a graphic.

 

So i do not unterstand why it is called template.

 

Maybe it is a for a different graphics program - but for which?
