Serious Error, please help

I was changing some of the images yesterday then today i went to my cart and this error appears

 

Fatal error: Failed opening required 'includes/languages/English.php' (include_path='') in /home/thelearn/public_html/catalog/includes/application_top.php on line 249

Can you please take a look at this for me, and give me some tips on why it happened and how to fix it?

 

I looked in application_top.php and english.php but im not sure what im looking for.

Are you sure your file is English.php and not english.php? :shock:
