ganjamann Posted November 16, 2002 Posted November 16, 2002 hey guys! I just installed the Credit Class $ Gift Voucher addon and ran into some weird problems. I am getting this error upon almost any procedure I do in the shop such as putting items into the basket or trying to log in or check out... the error I get looks like: Warning: Cannot add header information - headers already sent by (output started at /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/kunden/web125/html/www.retrolux-clothing.de/catalog/includes/languages/german.php:311) in /usr/local/httpd/htdocs/kunden/web125/html/www.retrolux-clothing.de/catalog/includes/functions/general.php on line 23 could this be caused by a incompatible snapshot? how can I determine my current version? thanks so much for your help! regards ganja
ganjamann Posted November 16, 2002 Author Posted November 16, 2002 by updating all necessary files from the most current snapshopt i was able to fix this problem. i replaced the german.php. probably i destroyed the old one by some means.... i dunno. anyways, now it's not causing these errors any more- unfortunately there is a new issue. the voucher does not appear as a payment option. after the checkout and buy process i get a message that there is still a voucher available for redemption, but nowhere appears an option to redeem! any ideas? have a look at the shop for further testing: www.retrolux-clothing.de test voucher: 98a6d549618d7970 user: test pwd: test thanks so much! ganja
Ian Posted November 16, 2002 Posted November 16, 2002 What is the date of the snapshot you are using. If it's one that uses the new checkout system then it won't work. I'm currently working on updating the contribution. If your not far along the customisation process you might want to consider using my loaded snapshopt. This is an 8th November snapshot with loads of stuff pre-installed See www.phesis.co.uk Trust me, I'm an Accountant.
Ian Posted November 16, 2002 Posted November 16, 2002 JUst taken a look, seems your using an older snapshot. Your problem is probably caused by the fact that you have no sort order set for the module in admin. Trust me, I'm an Accountant.
ganjamann Posted November 16, 2002 Author Posted November 16, 2002 activating sort order helped: thanks!
