Mysq error

Does anyone know solution for this problem, I got following error message after installation,

 

Warning: mysql_fetch_array(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL result resource in /home/virtual/site30/fst/var/www/html/catalog/includes/functions/database.php on line 39

 

but if I refresh my pages serveral time error go a way but comes back after some clicks..

 

All my settings seems to be right, I used mysqladmin to create tables and all went right,
