hi there,

im not too farmiliar with mysql, but what i want to do is set up multiple shops/and or applications from 1 database.

Is that possible and how?

Also, can you recommend a good php editor so i can edit the mysql query retrieved.

Thanks in advance

Search the contributions for the Multi-Stores add on. I am currently running 33 stores on one backend. Once you get it up and running it works great and you can share carts across stores if you tweak the installation.

Try my phpMyAdmin for db queries. It comes with a lot of hosting accounts.
