search box similar to amazon?

hello,

i want to have search box similar to amazon.com.if you see this site, at the top left corner you will notice a search box with a drop down menu with all categories.i know its very effective than the advanced search option.can anyone help me regarding this option?

Hey just to elaborate (if it was needed) here is a picture of the search box. I know there is already some OSC's out there with this feature...but whats the code? Thanx - if I figure it out myself I'll post it for everyone to see :wink:

hello guys,

i love the features of oscommerce.its being fantastic.but i want to customize little.

i want to have the search box similar to amazon.com.

just similar to the contribution - categories box with custom search

but slight variation.In this when the drop down is bring down with any category the relevant page goes without searching the keywords given.

but in amazon search you can pull down any category and able to search

within that category.

i think this will be effective search than this module.Hope you can get me.

iam too searching for this kind of script.

you guys can make in minutes.

can you plz help me how i can bring that type of search facility.
