ERROR: FedEx Return Error 9900

My client has the fedex shipping label module installed and it's worked great for about 6 months. Then all of a sudden when she tried to create a shipping label for an order she gets this error, "ERROR: FedEx Return Error 9900 : Internal FedEx Ground Server error (9900)". I've looked around trying to understand what this error means and whether or not it's something I can fix. I assuming since it's being called a server error, that it's on Fedex's side. Can anyone shed some light on this? Thanks.
