grizzly Posted November 14, 2002 Posted November 14, 2002 Hi, Have a strange problem. While testing the shop when the customer gets the email confirmation. It is sending two email to the same address with the same information. Can anyone shed some light on this. Thanks.

Guest Posted November 18, 2002 Posted November 18, 2002 When testing the customer email, I assume you are testing with your own email address. You login as the new customer, select your item and go to checkout. After finalising, you the customer is sent a confirmation email. Right? Question: Is your store owner email the same email address as you, the customer? My thinking only. ChrisM
